Some drugs (like Jet or Psycho) will help you stay awake. Drinking surface water will reduce thirst level. Like eating potato chips, will reduce your hunger, but not for long. Different food cause different effect. Like drinking a beer will not reduce hunger level. Penalty will increase with time, but will not be fatal. 
Maximum time before the penalty will take effect calculates from Player Strength and Endurance. Player will get a penalty if he don’t eat, drink or sleep. Has it ever bothered you that when you kill something, it some how disappears? Well, with this mod, whatever you kill will stay there (like it should). The higher your strength, the bulkier you get, while the opposite occurs when you choose to focus elsewhere. This mod changes your appearance, depending on the amount of strength you have.
